These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the xeltovi.com site, owned by Xeltovi S.R.L. The site provides information on real estate crowdlending projects in Bolivia and allows subscription to an informative newsletter.

The information published on xeltovi.com is informative and does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. Any investment decision must be taken after a full reading of the corresponding project documentation.
3. Registration and subscription
Subscription to the newsletter requires providing accurate and current data. Xeltovi may suspend or delete subscriptions that fail to comply with these terms or use false information.

All contents of the site (texts, images, trademarks and design) are the property of Xeltovi S.R.L. or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability

Investing in real estate crowdlending projects involves risks, including the partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Past returns do not guarantee future performance.
7. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. For any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of La Paz, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
8. Modifications
Xeltovi may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will be the one published on xeltovi.com with its corresponding update date.
